That’s what Lost Boy Cider promises and we can confirm that it’s true. When Lost Boy’s owner (Tristan) left a high level Commercial Banking job years ago to open up a Cidery, Schwartzy’s Founder (Aaron) thought that was a pretty wild move. That said, Aaron knew nothing about cider. Years later, he visited Tristan’s cidery in Alexandria, VA and the place was busy and the whole thing was legit. The cider was also incredible. Aaron now prefers cider over beer or wine any day and has a whole new appreciation for the process and everything else that comes with making cider.
