Aaron | Founder, DP, Editor, Director

Aaron is the jack-of-all-trades at Schwartzy. He shoots, edits, works closely with clients, crafts ideas, hires crew and manages teams, and he’s also a master at getting shit done.

The inception of Schwartzy came about when Aaron was discovered on YouTube, leading to an opportunity with Travel Channel to shoot four seasons of a fun TV show called “Top Secret Swimming Holes”, inspired by one of his travel videos. That opportunity allowed him to shoot the world’s most incredible (and unknown) beaches, waterfalls, hot springs, and epic pools at luxury hotels. Before venturing into the world of video, Aaron spent 20 years as a Principal at a prominent executive search firm, specializing in placing executives into companies. Making videos was more of a hobby but after taking a sabbatical from office life to travel the world and film this successful TV show (and experiencing how fun video production can be), he knew he had to pursue this exciting new career path. This story is detailed further in the "How It Started" section on our ABOUT page.

In a relatively brief period, Aaron has led Schwartzy to win an Emmy award for a luxury travel show that he shot and edited, as well as collaborate with some of the world's largest brands and TV networks.

What he loves most is the experiences that come with creating videos. It can be something as visually stunning as a travel project showcasing the most amazing aspects of a location around the world. Or it can be something as impactful as raising over $1 Million for the fight against cancer or educating the public about how quantum computers are changing the world. Each project offers an opportunity to learn, make an impact, entertain, and inspire.

Aaron is also a former United States Marine, a singer/songwriter, and an artist.
