Finally a homeowner
Hard work pays off and I’m finally a home owner. Pretty cool! It’s been a long time comin’ but I’m really excited to finally own a home and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. It’s an all-brick townhouse in Northern, VA (great neighbordhood) and the entire area just has a great feel to it. I live next to a golf course and Great Falls (river).
I closed the first week of September and moved in shortly thereafter. My Realtor is Karen Hawken and she’s been a top producer for Re/Max for over 25 years. She’s also the mother one of my best friends and I’ve known her for over 20 years. She’s a total bad ass and was so on top of everything that she’s made the entire process a piece of cake so far.
